Morecambe Seaside
During your stay why not explore the seaside town of Morecambe and experience one of its breathtaking sunsets across the bay.
Lancaster Canal
Located alongside Lancaster canal where you can enjoy miles of dog friendly walks and cycle routes. You could even take a barge trip
Local Fisheries
We have a number of fisheries close by with a superb stocking of coarse and pike. Great for beginners and superb anglers!
Longlands Hotel
The Longlands Hotel, a traditional country pub is next door serving beautiful home cooked food and a wide selection of real ales and fine wines.
Greenlands Farm
Across the road is Greenlands Farm Village with its open farm, playbarn, café and farm shop as well as several other small independent shops.
Water Sports
On the doorstep we have Pine Lake Resort where you can take part in the watersports on offer such as waterskiing or canoeing.
City of Lancaster
You could visit nearby Lancaster and the cathedral and museums or the Castle and dungeons. Stroll around the elegant ornamental gardens of nearby Sizergh castle or Levens Hall.
Bird Watching
Leighton Moss Nature Reserve is a great day out being home to an array of spectacular birds and wildlife. The reserve and visitor centre are open daily all year round.
Play Golf
There are numerous golf courses in the surrounding area which offer stunning venues for your golf day as well driving ranges for you to practice your swing!
Ingleton Falls
Ingleton Waterfalls Trail follows a well marked route along the edge of two rivers with their spectacular waterfalls. Nearby is White Scar Cave, the longest show cave in Britain with its magnificent waterfalls, stalactites and stalagmites.
Lake District
You can be in The Lake District in 30 minutes where you can enjoy activities such as sailing, lake cruises and walks with breath taking views. The are many beautiful towns with shops, cafes, restaurants and of course the lakes and fells.
Blackpool Seaside
Blackpool is only a 40 minute drive away with its miles of sandy beaches, illuminations on the prom and Blackpool Zoo. Not forgetting the infamous tower with its viewing area and circus. A great day out with something for everyone.
